What do I offer?

Parenthood can be deeply meaningful as well as overwhelming, isolating, and exhausting. Many parents I work with love their children deeply and still feel unsure or stretched beyond their limits.

I offer practical, emotionally supportive care through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the many stages of parenting. My work combines a background in psychology and pedagogy with professional doula training to support each family according to their unique needs

Whether you are expecting your first baby, adjusting to life with a newborn, or navigating everyday challenges, you don’t need to navigate it all alone.

Doula Support

Emotional and physical support through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

I offer calm, continuous presence and grounded guidance during one of life’s most intense transitions.

Counseling

Gentle and practical support for overwhelm, emotional regulation, transitions, and everyday challenges.

Sessions are reflective, solution-focused, and adapted to your needs.

My approach

My work is grounded in emotional awareness, developmental understanding, and trauma-informed support.

In our work together, I focus on:

• Understanding the root of emotions and behaviours
• Supporting emotional regulation (for both adults and children)
• Creating a sense of calm and safety during intense or uncertain moments
• Reducing guilt, pressure, and overwhelm
• Strengthening confidence in your own intuition and decisions
• Finding solutions that fit your family and your values

This isn’t about doing things perfectly - it’s about feeling more steady, supported, and connected to yourself.
